Description:
The Hopkins & Allen Model Continental is a single-action spur trigger revolver chambered in .32 Rimfire. It features a five-shot cylinder and a round barrel measuring approximately 2.875 inches. The revolver is finished in nickel, covering the barrel, cylinder, and frame. Serial number 1478 is present. The compact frame and spur trigger design reflect late 19th-century production typical of Hopkins & Allen pocket revolvers.
The bore shows heavy rust and is in poor condition. The nickel finish on the barrel and cylinder exhibits scratches, flaking, and areas of rust, while the frame finish remains in better overall shape with light wear, minor scratches, and scattered rust spots. The checkered black plastic grips display light surface wear and a small chip on the right panel. The mechanical action functions but the cylinder indexing is inconsistent. The cylinder pin surface is rough. This revolver is used and shows age-related wear consistent with its antique status.
