The Ranger ws designed as the budget answer to the Model 94. It sports a birch stock and has bluing that is not quite as polished as a 94. Functions as the 94 all the same. This model does have the cross bolt safety. Includes Simmons 3-9 scope on Weaver raised rings. Cycles well. Bluing about 90%. .30-30 Winchester
