The Benelli Nova is a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun built with a 28-inch barrel and a standard 4-round capacity. The receiver and barrel are integrated into a single unit, providing a streamlined configuration typical of this model. It operates through a manually cycled pump mechanism, designed for reliable chambering and ejection of 12-gauge shells. The overall design incorporates a polymer stock and fore-end molded around a steel frame, a characteristic feature of the Nova series.
This shotgun is used. The controls include a cross-bolt safety positioned near the trigger guard and a slide release located forward of the trigger group.
