Description:
The Winchester Model 94 is a lever-action rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester, manufactured in 1950 before the company’s 1964 production changes. It features a 20-inch barrel and a blued finish. The rifle uses a traditional lever mechanism and is configured with a straight grip wood stock and matching forearm. The stock and forearm are fitted with a factory checkered metal butt plate, consistent with early postwar production. Serial number 1662111 identifies this rifle within the pre-64 range.
Factory markings and configuration indicate standard Winchester manufacture for this period. The bore condition is described as excellent, and the action operates with the typical mechanical layout of the Model 94. An adjustable rear Lyman peep sight is installed, providing fine elevation control. The rifle is used and presents as a pre-64 example with the design and machining associated with that era.
