The Stoeger STR-9 in 9x19mm Parabellum featuring a 4.17-inch barrel is a highly regarded, budget-friendly striker-fired utility handgun. Introduced by Stoeger Industries (a subsidiary of Benelli and part of the Beretta Holding Group), the STR-9 shares significant structural and design similarities with the Glock 19, earning a reputation for delivering duty-grade reliability at roughly half the market price. A standard 3-slot Mil-Spec Picatinny rail is integrated into the front dust cover for tactical lights or lasers. The carbon steel slide is treated with a matte Green Nitride finish for exceptional corrosion resistance.
