The Springfield Armory 1911 Long Slide refers to a collection of highly sought-after, discontinued 1911 pistols featuring an extended 6-inch barrel and slide, compared to the standard 5-inch Government model. Because Springfield Armory does not currently produce a long-slide model in their active 1911 lineup, these firearms are considered rare collector's items on the secondary market.

- TRP Operator Longslide (10mm): This modern powerhouse featured a 6-inch match-grade bull barrel, accessory rail, Tritium night sights, and a durable Black-T finish. It is heavily favored for hunting and competition.
