Description:
Nicely tooled gunbelt ( 45" long, 2&1/2" wide) with cartridge loops (approx. 1/2" in diameter- for
.44/.45 caliber rounds) Should fit a size 36" waist.. Bowie type knife ( 7" blade, 1 & 1/4 wide"- 11 & 1/2" long overall) with a stag handle and a sheath by the same maker. The knife is marked "Original Bowie Knife" and "American Knife Co. - Germany" and also marked "Sabre-Solingen 171 on the blade. The knife is almost as new. All the leather and the knife look new and unused. The holster and knife sheath both bear the name "Buck Steiner, Austin, Texas". A Smith & Wesson .357 magnum revolver with a 4" barrel fit nicely in the holster. The cartridges for that gun were to small for the belt loops however.. I don't have a 44/45 cal. revolver but I'm sure they would also fit. Has leg tie down straps. All metal is bright and shiney--as new.
