RUSS CARPENTER 03-A3 CUSTOM BOLT ACTION RIFLE ... 220 Swift caliber ... 24" barrel ... weight 10 lbs 12 oz with scope ... LOP 13 3/4" ... single stage trigger with pull set at 3 lbs 4 oz ... sling swivel studs. This gun comes with a mounted Bushnell ScopeMaster 6x scope with standard crosshairs in Redfield mounts.
The top of the barrel is engraved "Russ Carpenter Plattekill, N.Y.". The floor plate shows an engraved running deer in a forest scene. The steel grip cap and butt plate have multipoint checkering. Fine European walnut is used for the stock which features a sculpted Bavarian style cheekpiece, a pistol grip and a horn forearm tip. Profuse amounts of fleur de lis checkering wrap around the forearm and grip.
