26" barrels LOA 42 1/2" ... LOP 14" ... D C 1 3/8" ... D H 1 5/8" ... Choked WS-1 / WS-2 ... Weight 6 lbs 8 oz ... single trigger ... circa 1934.
Please take the time to admire the custom French walnut which has a lighter tone highlighted by the vivid dark grain marks running straight from trigger guard to the butt. Notice the fine point checkering in a diamond layout on the forend and covering the pistol grip. A high gloss finish covers all, and, there is a 'yet to be monogramed' gold oval inlaid in the stock. Wood work and finish were done by Paul Jaeger.
The receiver, barrels, trigger guard and latch hardware are finished in the highest gloss blue with tastefully applied and beautifully executed gold inlaid arabesque floral engraving on all peices. Engraving was executed and signed by Claus Willig.
