#1619, Pirlet Armurier Brevete, 26 Fg St. Honore, Paris: A Unique Made S/S Bar Action Sidelock Ejector 16 Bore Game Gun Made 1912, Side clip action body, Third fastener, 30" Ejector Chopper Lump Barrels at .675 .008 & .016" (Imp.Cyl & Mod.), Original 2 1/2" chambers opened to 2 3/4", Forcing cones opened, Wall thickness at .026" on both barrels, Bushed strikers, Double triggers with the front articulated, Splinter forend with an Anson frontal release, Straight hand stock at 14 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 2" over a 1" pad, Cast-Off for the right hand, 6 Lbs. 10 oz., 95% coverage of period scroll engraving, Traces of original case colors, The barrels reblacked and now at 99%, The buttstock and forend re-oiled and now at 98%, The checkering is at 99%, The bores are excellent, The barrels ring with a very nice chime, It is cased in a brass cornered leather trunk with a Pirlet trade label.
