The 71st Volunteers preceded The 1st U.S. Volunteers (Rough Riders) up San juan Hill and fought in all the major campaigns including the seige at Santiago. The photo is signed by all 4 soldiers at the bottom. The photo remains in excellent condition and measures 8 inches by 10 inches. USPS Priority mail is 10.00
