Description:
An antique carbine scabbard made of linen or cotton and stamped 14 N.Y. with crossed rifles. Not sure if this was for a Trapdoor carbine or possibly as late as a Krag carbine for use in the Span-Am war. There are a few small tears and some loose thread but as a whole it is complete with the shoulder strap intact. Measures 45 inches in length so i am assuming it to be for a carbine.
