Griffin & Howe 20 ga, Round Body Game Gun-by Arrieta ,in Emmebi case with G&H snap caps and oil bottle.
The 20ga.barrels are 27″ choked M/IM Chambers 2-3/4″. Full length tapered matted top rib with brass front bead. Rib is lightly scroll engraved near breech and right tube marked on top “GRIFFIN & HOWE NEW YORK”.
Double triggers-front articulated with rolled guard,, auto ejectors, auto safety.
Straight grip buttstock- 14-5/8″ LOP over skip line checkered butt dropa of "about"1 3/8" and 1 14/16"-"about" 3/8 cast off.
Weight 6lbs 2 oz,Splinter forearm Hand detachable sidelocks are nicely engraved in floral and scroll pattern with about 80% coverage. Bottom of action engraved in gold “GRIFFIN & HOWE / NEW YORK”, surrounded by well cut scroll engraving. Engraved top lever and trigger guard are scroll engraved. Fences are beaded and gun has bushed pins.
Condition is Excellent-98%-99% blue on barrels-bores are perfect,and trigger guard. Action has 99% of factory case color,wood stocks also excellent with just a couple minor handing marks.Action is nice and tight,lever sits way right,gun looks to have been used very little if at all.Emmebi case-with G&H Label, is also in nice shape with 2 keys and nickel plated oil bottle and snap caps
