An original and beautiful Navaho Single Saddle Blanket circa 1910. Mountain and sky repeating pattern with natural dies made of wool in the traditional Navaho style. The single saddle blanket measures 37 inches long and almost 34 inches wide. There are no stains and no color bleeding. Three of the four corners are frayed as is typical with age, one corner is original and unfrayed with tassels. Navajo single saddle blankets of this period are scarce and desirable as a Navajo textile. Makes a beautiful wall hanging for western decor.
