Stunning CSMC Model 21 Grand American
Description:
NEW LOWER PRICE!!!!! What you see here is the Tony Galazan/CSMC version of the Winchester Model 21 Grand American. To buy a new one today from CSMC will run right in the area of $28k. This 16 gauge beauty is much, much less. Now mind you this one has big stock dimensions; LOP of 15 1/4" with 1/4" cast off. DAC is 1 3/8", DOH is 1 5/8". There is a lot of wood here with a very high comb. With just a little of the money you are saving, you can drop this guy off at the shop and have the stock custom fit to you. It's really built for Trap. The feathering on the stock is stunning, with just a few tiny storage dings that will be gone if you have the stock fit to you and refinished. Otherwise, the pics tell you a lot, the description adds some, but having it in hand is a whole lot of something else. The butt end of the stock carries a Decelerator buttpad. The hand done checkering on the stock and the fore end is of the highest quality. The palm swell in the fore end is very comfortable. There is a gold plate towards the heel of the butt has an inlet gold? plate that has a previous owners initials or maybe his symbol. The 30" barrels carry a vent rib and come with 6 Briley choke tubes. When you open the action, you can see that the watertable, breechface and the lug are all beautifully jeweled. The scroll engraving is deep and crisp with a matte background. Clean straight gold borders enhance the shape and outline of the rec'r. On the left side of the rec'r in a gold circle is a Pointer, nose and tail up and in the wind. On the other side, again in a gold circle is a Retriever, one paw up and ready to go. On the bottom of the frame is a pair of grouse looking for a place to land. The entire gun is finished to the highest standards and could occupy a proud position in your collection. Shipping to the lower 48 with $150 and will require a signature. It will be shipped in a hard case and will be carried by Fedex. If you pay with a CC, there will be a 3% surcharge, if you pay with a personal check, we will hold the item for up to 10 days to make sure the check clears.
