Winchester 1894 SRC 32 Special (1913)
Description:
Here we have a real nice Winchester model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine in the less common 32 WS cal. for sale. This is a good honest carbine from 1913, with S/N 7236XX that has been well hunted, but also well cared for. The bore of the 20" barrel is bright, with good rifling present. The metal on the barrel and magazine tube display 90% original blue, with the rest of the gun at around 40-50%. The butt stock looks good for a gun of 105 plus years, and fits proud to the metal surfaces, with numerous small hunting marks but no cracks or repairs. The fore arm shows the deer count in notches along the top edge, which was common in the day. All the markings including the barrel script and proof marks are crisp and unaltered. The gun carries it's original front sight, but has been fit with a Marbles rear sight. All in all a nice SRC from the past. lSale to lower 48 states only unless discussed prior.
