Description:
Hebsacker Superposed Engraved Two Barrel Set 12ga ... 29 1/2 barrels ... LOA 46 1/2" ... 7lbs 6oz empty weight ... 26" barrels ... LOA 42 3/4" ... 7lbs 2oz empty weight ... LOP 13 7/8 over 1" pad ... Magnum chambers ... extractors ... single trigger ... tang mounted safety
This two barrel set consists of two 12 gauge over & under barrels numbered to the gun with vent ribs, extractor and a single brass bead sight. One barrel set is 29 1/2 inches in length, choked full/full and is marked "Hebsacker GmbH & Co. Schwab Hall Germany" on the upper left rear and "SPECIAL NICKEL CHROME STEEL NITRO PROVED/MAGNUM" on the opposite. The second barrel set is choked skeet/improved cylinder and is marked the same as the other set, with address gold filled. The two sets of barrels share the same forearm. The barrels (both sets) retain 98% plus original blue finish with some minor wear from assembly and disassembly, and a few minor scratches.
The coin finished action features fine tight scroll and floral pattern engraving with "Original Hebsacker AniZoli" in a wreath on the underside. The same patterns extend to the trigger guard and break lever. The receiver, side plates and forearm latch assembly are coin finished and the remaining parts are blue. The receiver and side plates retain 99% original coin finish with some mild wear on the upper tang. The trigger guard and break lever retain 99% original blue finish with a small amount of very light spotting on the trigger guard tang.
A skip line checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered grip, checkered plastic grip cap, and vented Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. The wood is very good with dings, dents and small scratches scattered throughout. The checkering remains crisp.
Complete with a felt lined brown leather takedown case with compartments holding a can of Hoppe's lubricant, Rusteprufe Chamois Wiper, two piece wooden cleaning rod with multiple head attachments and key.  The case is fair with heavy discoloration and cracked leather on the top and missing carrying handle and leather straps. The leather on the lid has hardened and there is a large crack and some absent material. The lining shows a couple of tears and some contact wear.
