Here is Fine 1890's - J.P. Sauer & Sons " African Cape Buffalo Gun" from the R&R 40 Year Winchester Collection that is being liquidated. This fine piece is Profusely engraved with all the trimmings and has a tight and solid action with bottom break lever. It has 27 & 1/2 inch barrels chambered for 16x16 gauge with an 11 m/m Mauser rifle below for the dangerous game it was intended to handle. Most blue remains on the barrels and the bores are bright. It's circassian walnut stock has a cheekpiece with a 14 inch length of pull along with a patch box. This is a rare and extremely fine Drilling. If it could talk, oh what tales it might tell. There aren't many of these treasures still around so if you want only the finest in old world German workmanship please consider this one and we're open to offers and need to sell it.
