Offered for sale is one box of 45-70-500 Govt. Smokeless Cartridges by the U.M.C. Union Metallic Cartridge Company. The box lid lists CENTRAL FIRE CARTRIDGES which dates the box to the early 1900's. The pictures show the condition of the box and ammo much better than I can describe them. By buying this ammunition, you are certifying you are over 21 years of age and there are no Federal, State or local laws prohibiting your purchase or possession of this ammo. Ammo can only be sold in the lower 48 states. Some States do not allow on-line ammo sales, unless you have a state issued exemption form and you are responsible to know your local laws. Some states restrict certain counties. Therefore, ammo will not be sold in the following states: Alaska, California, Chicago IL, Connecticut, Hawaii, Annapolis, Baltimore or Montgomery County Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC.
