Smith and Wesson M&P 40 Pistol. This is a Lawenforcement return from the Military Police. Comes with Night Sights and one 15 round Mag. The mag has the serial number engraved on the bottom. The nightsights are dim but functional. 4.25" barrel, Acessory Rail, Striker fired, includes one spent shell, hard case and lock. This model does have interchangeable backstraps, but none are included. Slight holster wear. Good functioning weapon. $ 395.00
