Description:
We have a former military pressure test rifle that has been plugged and flaming bomb stamped. This rifle is not safe for ball ammunition as there is incomplete filling of the pressure test hole which will result in a "dimple" in the case body. This will result in a "stuck" case in the chamber that will probably need to be driven out with a cleaning rod. Blank cartridges may be fired without incident, however. I have a HS (Hi Std) marked Enfield barrel, pictured in the ad, 26" in length which may be purchased for an additional $350. This barrel is milled for the military Enfield front sight- flaming bomb marked, and undated. It's a 4 groove barrel, bore appears as new, outside is shopworn. Note: the letter of the NRA DopeBag "tm" is dated May of 2002-
