Hammer & chisels hand Engraving requires for any metal parts being either professionaly annealed or soft enough to receive appropriate hand-cutting & shading process.
No commission will be taken, without this requirement to be understood & covered.
No cancellation is accepted once the engraving execution has started and upon received down payment or confirmation.
A down payment may be required at beginning of the engraving process*.
*An agreed for down payment** will be required for any engraving quote above $1,000.00
