Dance and Brothers? Revolver
Description:
Not sure what this is. Bought at about 4 years ago. It was frozen with two loaded cylinders. Threw it in a bucket of oil and forgot about it until about two months ago. Took it all the way down, cleaned it up, and got her working again. Had to drill out and re-tap some screws so there are some modern replacement parts. It looks like a Dance and Brothers as it has the flat frame but to my knowledge they did not make any brass frame versions so probably an elaberate fake? .36 cal percussion. Good action with dark bore. No markings other then the S/N and "CSA" on frame side. Light to moderate pitting throughout on steel parts. Nice looking peice.
