They made less than 2300 16 gauge VH Parkers with 30" barrels and this would be a great dove or pheasant gun. It will smoke a clay target at 40 yards. It could be a FITASC gun that would get everyone's attention when you raised it and broke the 50 yard crosser; 1 ounce only in FITASC and that's a standard 16 gauge load; especially when they discover it was made in 1908. The gun weighs 6 pounds 14 oz and the chambers are 2-5/8" long which was made for shooting 2-3/4" shells. It has a length of pull of 14-1/2" to a Pachmayr white line recoil pad. The drop at the comb is 1-5/8" and the drop at the heel is 2-3/4"; field ready! The blue is about 80% as is the original finish on the stock. The splinter forend is a little less.
