A fine U.S. Indian wars issued wool blanket. This is an original period blanket for U.S. service issue, probably made at the Woolrich Mills. Very high quality wool and a heavy dense weave. Gray with navy blue or black stripes on each end. I put this fine blanket under a black light and nothing is bright or glows. Only i small repair that was sewn or patched. The pattern is very similiar to the U.S. issued Civil War era blankets. Measures 78 inches long by 55 inches wide. USPS Priority mail is 22.00
