Description:
A good sound representative of an Indian War rifle. The bore is good and very lightly pitted. This gun has been very lightly varnished sometime in the past. The buffington sight indicates a later model with an 1878 action. These sights were mechanical master pieces. They had an allowance the drift of the bullet.
