This fine firearm has a 22" barrel with banded ramp front sight, barrel band sling swivel stud, and island ramp rear sight with one standing and one folding leaves. Action features double set triggers, cusom bolt handle, three position side swing safety, and custom square bridge style scope mount bases  with Talley rings mounting a German Zeiss Diavari-C 3x9 scope with Duplex reticle. Stocked in a very nice piece of Turkish Walnut with strong fiddleback figure. Ebony schnauble forend tip. Shadow line pancake cheekpiece. Fisher steel grip cap. Checkered at 32 LPI with tasteful border carving. 13 3/4" LOP over a 1/2" Old English pad. A very neat cartridge trap in the buttstock. Weighs in at  9lb 8oz as scoped. This piece remains as new from the maker. The rear sight has not been filed in.  Mr. Rundell is a Detroit machinest, gunmaker, stock carver, and engraver who late in his career did a series of life size sculptures of the automotive industry pioneers for the city of Flint, Michigan. His work has been extensively featured in The Gun Digest. He is a true Renaissance Man who can very capably accomplish all aspects of custom gun building.
