2nd change; .38 cal., 4 1/4" barrel. Used by a JS Marshal - Marshal Bittner. One family - three generations. Marshal got his name as a US Marshal delivered him on the Oregon Trail. Later became a US Marshal in the Nevada territory. We acquired from a great nephew. Well taken care of - however much shot. FFL required. Serial #51645
