This personal sidearm, in fine, original condition throughout, bears all matching serial numbers of #275968 indicating a Civil War production time, this beauty saw action a true Battlefield weapon with walnut grips harvesting a smooth handsome patina that collectors crave. The Model 1849 Pocket was a smaller version of Bill Hickock's prefered weapon the Model 1851 Navy revolver and proved ever popular.
