Stunning Single action Colt 45 Revolver with Gold Inlay and profusely engraved. Embellished with many gold inlayed scenes, (see photos) and masterfully engraved throughout. The pistol is serial number 8639SA and it appears to have never been fired! The serial number dates this fine Colt to 1956.Grips are decorated with the initials “L”…..not sure what they refer to. The base of the grip frame is signed by Hopkins as the engraver. This piece is a stone cold mint example of one of the finest SAA Colts we have ever offered.In order to complete the transaction, we will need a copy of your FFL or C&R for shipping purposes.
