Description:
Refreshingly nice, un-messed-with High Grade Remington, out from the time capsule. All factory finishes, in remarkable well preserved condition. 30 barrel, mirror-shiny 0.730 bore, 2-5/8" chamber, choked 0.035" FULL. Beautifully figured wood front and back, crisp checkering, 14-1/8" pull over the pad, would easily go 14-3/8" or more with a fresh pad. This pad is petrified, and needs replaced. Drops are 1-5/8" comb and 2-3/4" at the heel. Blank gold initial shield. Weight is eight pounds even. Has only minimal scattered handling marks and nicks, and just enough minor finish wear to show it was used and loved over the last 100+ years.
