Does your Perazzi trigger unit rattle around in the receiver? This is the component your gunsmith needs to fix that problem. Intended for externally-selectable trigger units, the longer rear tail of this trigger guard is meant to take up the space behind the trigger unit which causes the loose fit.
Spacing from front screw to rear pinhole is 62mm on centers.
100% made in Italy by Guiliani. Fitting by a competent gunsmith is required.
