Description:
This S&W K-22 comes with a factory letter verifying that it was shipped in it's current configuration to the Olympia Police Department in Olympia, WA on may 4, 1939. It shows wear and tare of being in service for many years. The bore is shiny with very little wear. It has the original diamond grips and is a 5 screw frame and pinned barrel. The front sight has a brass projection that I have not seen before. It could be that most were filed off.
