BRITISH PATTERN 1876 MARTINI HENRY RIFLE SOCKET BAYONET & SCABBARD. 22" blade with 3" socket. Blade in the white with original polish. "R" stamped over broad arrow and WD markings with other typical acceptance stamps including 1/83 for 1883. Elbow and socket with original patina never cleaned. Brass and leather scabbard with throat device having "WD" under broad arrow and Crown over E over 18. Drag with broad arrow over "WD". Stitching in leather perfect. Nepalese markings on throat device as well with none on blade itself. Very nice example for accompaniment to rifle.
