1920 Savage Model 99 Takedown model .303 Savage caliber. Gun has been reblued and blueing is 95%+ condition. Level has been recase hardened by Wyoming Armory in Cody Wyoming. The bolt has been polished to a high sheen. Stock and fore end have been refinished with 8 coats of tru-oil. Stock has the typical small cracks for a model 99. The gun has not been fired since refinishing. Mechanically perfect and the bore is in excellant condition. The takedown mechanism works flawlessly. Original Savage sights and brass cartridge counter. $950 or interesting trades. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
