REDUCED 4-1-25 A.H. Fox SPE 12 Ga. with ejectors, splinter fore end, all factory original. No letter available showing an details, I checked. Original Hard rubber buttplate. SN 34XXX. Mfg. 1938.A rare Fox model. All original condition. Wood is excellent condition, barrels have 95%+ blue, receiver has 92% blue, wood 97%. You can see edge wear on receiver from carrying in the field.
Drop 1 5/8” x 2 5/8”. LOP 14”. Weight 6 lbs 14 oz. Chokes R- .014”, Left. .022”.
Shipping by UPS $ 50.00 plus Insurance based on selling price. Alaska and Hawaii require additional cost.

FFL or C&R required. Three day non shooting, no screw turning, no disassembly inspection.
I am an FFL Licensed dealer. I include a copy of my FFL, State License and Tax ID with the gun when I ship to your dealer. Dealers can mail or email their FFL to me. I do not have a FAX line.

Any returns due to receiving issues will be at buyers expense.
SHIPPING: I usually ship within 7 days of receipt of your payment but I have family obligations so once in a while, due to vacations etc. I may be a bit slow. I ship mostly by UPS Ground, approximately 3-7 days depending on your location. Alaska and Hawaii take longer. Alaska and Hawaii require additional cost. Returns must be insured for full value.
INSURANCE IS MANDATORY
RETURNS: No returns if screws turned, gun has been fired, damaged, modified or altered from original shipped condition. Returns must be shipped in same box as I sent it and fully insured. You get the purchase price only, no refund on shipping, ins. or anything else.
New York State Purchasers of any item must provide a copy of their NYS Resale Certificate and NYS ST120 form for exemption from sales tax or will be charged sales tax in the destination city/county.
