Description:
These are a pair of original WWI German field glasses with no case or strap. A very good cased body has no dents and good finish. The eyepieces have separate focusing that both operate smoothly. The lenses do not appear to have any scratches and they are bright and clear. They do like many old binoculars have some debris inside the tubs that has settled on the lens. Also at some time a liquid dripped down the inside of one lens. There is the "K" mark on the upper hinge. Also, the binocular's date of production "I 1917" with a serial #17004. Over all in very good functional condition.
