A clean working single shot .50 percussion Civil War boot pistol with an overall length of 7 1/2" with an octagonal barrel of 3 1/4", and the sides of the breech are chisel engraved. Action is very strong and these rarely had a half cock. The bag type grips are French walnut and are smooth and solid.Leige proofs and no other marks or numbers.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
