FRANCOTTE ARMS CO. BOXLOCK EJECTOR 16 BORE DOUBLE KNOCKABOUT SHOTGUN. 27 ½” barrels choked improved cylinder and modified. 2 ¾” chambers. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, and side clips. Appears to be approximately a grade 5606 with ejectors. Butt a very fine restock of French walnut with a 14 ¼” pull that needs some lacquer to seal and match stain of forend. Checkered butt. Original forend. Frame with light scroll engraving and modest original case colors. Barrels with 90-95% original blue-black finish. Maker’s name and “LIEGE” engraved on barrels. Very tight, good working order and mint bores. All original except stock and one trigger guard tang screw.
