.500 Jeffery bolt action rifle built by Bennie Laubscher & Associates. Built on a standard length, single square bridge Mauser action with a flag safety and Leupold 1.75-6x32 scope on H&H style quick detachable mounts. 23 1/4" barrel with a matted quarter rib and one standing express sight regulated at 100 yards and a ramp foresight with folding hood. The rifle is tastefully engraved with a fine scroll coverage a relief carved Elephant on the floorplate. Full pistol grip stock measuring 15 1/4" to the centre of the recoil pad, cheekpiece, gold oval, two recoil bars and sling stud. The bore is immaculate and the wood condition is excellent with only a couple of small handling marks. A great rifle by a well renowned South African maker.
