Description:
This Sharps is factory engraved with panel scenes of a deer and bird with deluxe floral designs. It is serial # 9551 and it has a 26" heavy octagon barrel, set triggers and tang sight. It is 44 caliber percussion. The lower reciever and lower tang are each marked with an "E" to indicate factory engraving
Condition.
The barrel shows a good age brown patina with sharp edgesThe case hardened reciever retains a good amount of case colors. The butt plate is mostly brown patina with some case colors. The action and set triggers function perfectly. The bore is very good with some very minor staining. The stock has a few dents and some dark oil stains in the pactch box area but has never been sanded or refinished.
