WW1 ROCK ISLAND U.S. MODEL 1905 BAYONET DATED 1918 WITH ORIGINAL MODEL 1910 SCABBARD WITH 116TH INFANTRY REGT. MARKING. All original and very good to fine with the canvas Model 1910 scabbard cover in much better than average condition. Leather tip of scabbard stamped with slanted regiment marking “116” for the 116th Infantry Regiment from Virginia part of the 29th Division and served in WW1 in the Meuse-Argonne campaign and others. Had their roots in the Confederate Stonewall brigade.
