This is an original printed rayon US Army Map Service double-sided map, measuring approximately 24" x 36 1/4", and depicting a portion of the India-Burma border on the front (catalog no. 44/A), with a region comprising the Burma-Siam-French Indochina-China border intersection on the reverse (catalog no. 44/B). The maps are still bright and vivid, with crisp and clear printing, and only mild age toning visible along the edges. This is an excellent piece of WW2 cartographic memorabilia, and would make an excellent piece for display.
