Model Xanthos Gold Semi-Automatic Shotgun with their Inertia Function, Made in 2008, The Xanthos Gold is their flagship model, Total steel receiver, 28" vent rib barrel with factory screw chokes at .725 .000 - .008 - .020 - .028 & .040 ( Cyl. - Imp.Cyl. - Mod. - Imp.Mod. & Full ), 3" chambers, 14 7/16 x 1 3/8 x 2 1/8" over a 1/2" factory pad, It will go 15 1/16" with a 1" pad installed, It comes with 2 each drop adjustment shims and stock locking plates to alter the stock drop to your liking, 6 lbs. 12 oz., Excellent oil finished European walnut with deep black/brown contrast, Very well cut checkering, 85% engraving coverage on both sides of the receiver from a design by Diego Bonsi and signed, Gold and silver wire is inlaid in several places on the receiver body, It is steel shot compatible with the open chokes, It is number 58 of 150 and so marked, The original blue remains at 99.5%, The checkering is 100%, The stock finish is 99% with very light handling marks, This piece almost appears unfired and remains like a new gun. It is cased in a very stout synthetic trunk with the paperwork. These are very well-made semi-autos that function well with loads from 2 ¾ inch 1oz. target loads to 3-inch heavy loads and are known throughout Europe for their durability and simplicity of their inertia operating system. The Xanthos Gold retails for $3000.
