- 60 bore
- 4 3/4" smooth bore barrel
- Captured loading rod designed for Cavalry / Horseman
- Walnut stock
- Brass engraved trigger guard & Pommel
- Bore is excellent with no pitting
- Made between 1800-1815
- 9" overall length
- Matthew Goggin was the gun maker and armorer to the General Post Office in Dublin Ireland and was commissioned to make Blunderbus' and flintlock pistols from 1811-1822
- D-C 3542 on top of barrel
- crack near wedge area on right side of stock which is usual for a pistol from this period. Wood is in otherwise excellent overall condition
