ABSOLUTE STUNNER!!!.44-40 Serial # SA92150 low pricing for this quality and gorgeous engraving. Minty overall condition. Shipped from Colt November 1993. Beautifully Engraved with floral scroll engraving, gold bands at the muzzle, breech and rear of the cylinder, and a gold diamond on the back strap. No Box but comes with BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM glass topped hardwood display case. Barrel 7 1/2" 44-40, was definitely the "Cartridge that Won the West." There were more firearms chambered for this round than any other during the last quarter of the 19th century. FYI 44-40 factory loadings feature a 225-grain round I believe. A TRUE LEGACY PIECE, YOUR HEIRS WILL THANK YOU. Photos do not do this beauty Justice.
