PRE WW1 MILLS U.S. MODEL 1912 CAVALRY BANDOLEER WITH 3RD CAV. REGT. MARKINGS. 100% original and excellent condition. Back stenciled in old black ink “3/CROSSED SABERS/M” and “57”. Patent dates on the brass retainers and the Mills “BULLET” logo and “DEC. 1917” stamped on inside flap of first pouch. For use with the U.S. Model 1911 Pistol and the Model 1903 Rifle. Type used during the Mexican Punitive Expedition and thereafter. Has 12 original clips of .30-06 ammo dated 1940. Rare.
