Description:
Probably the nicest 1st issue Colt Police Positive in .38 S&W Caliber that we have had in a good while. Revolver has a 4 inch barrel with a perfect bore and also perfect chambers in the cylinder, perfect gutta percha (hard rubber) grips, etc. Just a little freckling throughout on the original finish and otherwise perfect in all respects. Timing is also perfect - don't think it was fired very much at all. A wonderful little revolver for being over 100 years old (circa 1917), and one that with careful use will last another 100+ years.
