Description:
This original 12 GA Remington 1889 Hammer Side by Side Shotgun has 30” browned tapered round twist barrels with a bead front sight mounted on the matted rib. The bore is very good. The Walnut buttstock and forend are good; the checkering is still sharp but, does have some scuff marks and a small chip on the toe of the stock. The plastic buttplate bearing the Remington insignia has a chip on the toe. The lever for taking off the forend is tight and works and functions as it should. The finish on the barrel has faded, but is still visible. This shotgun is in good condition with the buttstock and forend refurbished. The length of pull is 13-1/4” left trigger and 14-1/8” right trigger. Overall length is 46-1/4”, weight is 8 lbs. Our stock number is A836. Will ship to any FFL anywhere in the United States.
