It is a unique occupation broadside, notifying those claiming exemption from Militia duty to report to the special commission, during the present week. It is nicely framed, using UV protective glass. Included with this broadside is the original manuscript order, on official “Head Quarters United States Forces, Natchez, Mississippi” stationary. It orders the contents of this broadside to be republished in the local newspaper, and is sighed by General Brayman’s Adjutant. The doucument is in acid free film within a large pocket on the backside of the framed broadside.
